THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS!!!

We are officially out of PGN!!!!!!!

The news came yesterday and was much needed. Troy came over the weekend and we had a great visit but he took Lauren home with him because he missed her so much. Yesterday morning after they left all I could do was cry. I was homesick and ready to come home but not without our Lil' Britches (Reagan). So when Traci (the owner of our adoption agency) called me yesterday afternoon I was beside myself with excitment. So this means that all we need now is Reagan's birth certificate with our last name on it and our pink slip and we will be coming home.

We have really loved Antigua and have met so many great friends here from all over the country that are here doing the same thing that we are. Even though it has been hard to be seperated as a family I wouldn't trade this experience for the world.

Antigua is a refreshing place to be. The air is so clean especially after it rains which is almost every day. I have realized from being here that you can really live on very little and still be comfortable. It kind of makes you really think about things. There are some families here that don't make enough money to give their babies formula so they put them on watered down Coca-Cola or coffee for their nutrition and whatever else they can get together. When you go into the market people beg you to buy their things and say please I don't have money for lunch. It really makes you wish you could do more for the people to help them for the long term. This is a very poor country but one that has people with huge hearts. I feel very blessed to have had the chance to spend so much time here so that I can share with Reagan where he came from. I am going shopping today with a friend to pick him up some little presents that we can give to him each year on his birthday from his home country. I can't wait to see what I can find.

Well there is a family that is leaving in a couple days and we are having cake for them this afternoon as a going away party for them. So I better go get ready. Talk to you all very soon.
