We took a trip to the zoo yesterday. The kids had so much fun. We now have a membership so we can go back anytime we want. I'm excited because on those days the kids are tired of being home we can go down to the zoo for a few hours and walk around. I'll get my exercise and the kids will get to run around and have a change of scenery. We all need that every now and then.

I'll post more pictures. Chad had his camera and my battery died shortly after we got there. Chad is going to download some pictures for us that he took so I can post some of Troy and I.

When my kids were home we always had the zoo membership. It is a nice break and they loved to take their bikes and ride around the zoo. In the summer, they open really early (like 6:30am I think) and if you get there right when they open you can see them feeding a lot of the animals. I loved having the membership because you don't feel like you have to get your money's worth every time you go. Sometimes we would just go to the monkey house and the petting zoo and then go home! You guys are going to have a blast.
I can't wait till we get to go to the zoo this year!! We still have snow on the ground right now, and more predicted throughout the next week! Ugh...I hate winter.
But I am living vicariously through your sunshiney pics! Thanks for giving me the link so I could see your precious kids.

I totally need to go to the zoo soon before it gets too hot. Next week for spring break sounds good. Looks like alot of fun!
