OVERCOMING FEARS TODAY!

I went to the DENTIST today! This may not seem like such a big deal for most people but for me this is HUGE. I had a bad experience at the dentist the last time I went so I never went back. That was 5 yes FIVE years ago. I knew eventually I would need to go back but I just kept putting it off - UNTIL TODAY! Ya know... it really wasn't a big deal and I am still ALIVE. WHEEW... that's a relief!

All kidding aside the dentist I went to was so great and I was able to relax in the chair. In fact while getting my teeth cleaned I almost fell asleep. Now I am going back every 6 months. Well actually I will be going back a little sooner becuase I had a cavity. Guess that's not so bad for not going to the dentist in 5 years.

Now I just need to go have my mamogram that I keep putting off...
