Tuesday

We had a day at home! We had been up most of the night before becuase I was updating my blog and then the kids were having a hard time sleeping. So we were all pretty tired.

I did do the treadmill though for 30 minutes and afterwards was looking forward to a nice warm bath and a chance to read my scriptures for the day. But as soon as I got in both kids wanted in too. I told them no but they still climbed in with big smiles on their faces. How can a mom resist that. It turned out to be a really fun time and I'm glad they didn't listen to me.

We also cranked up some music tonight and had a good time dancing to the Shrek soundtrack. Oh how my kids love to dance. I need to pull out and dust off our video camera because it is something I want to remember for a long time. Reagan sat at the computer desk and was really getting into it too. These are the joys of motherhood! The small things when they are grown that I am going to remember.

We had a great day and I'm so glad becuase I start work tomorrow and then our lives are going to change a bit. I'll only be gone at night but Lauren is having a really hard time with the idea of me leaving for work when she is going to bed.

She got really upset tonight and cried a lot. So Troy is going to follow me to work with the kids so they can see where I'm going to be working. That seemed to pacify her for now.
