F- is for how much I love my family. I will post pictures in a couple days because I am working tonight and for the next 3 nights. My family has been so sweet for Mother's Day. I have been getting lots of hugs and kisses. It sure makes me feel special.

On a side note: I made fruit smoothies with spinach today. I was so proud of myself until I tasted it. I put way too much spinach in for my liking and couldn't get it down. Reagan and Lauren drank theirs and Troy did too. He said he actually liked it. Their taste buds must be off or maybe mine are :) But at least they got something green down them without complaint!!!! We are making progress. The kids love their new vitamins and omega - 3 gummies. They ask for them each morning now.
